NCDEX signes an MoU with Bikaner Oil Mills Association and

Mumbai, National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) has signed an MOU with Bikaner Oil Mills Association, Bikaner and Shri Bikaner Kachchi Aadat Vyapar Sangh, Bikaner on June 17, 2008


NCDEX and the Associations shall work jointly to develop contract specifications which meet the business requirements of the members of the Associations. The Associations shall promote among its members and their customers, trading in the contracts in the Commodities permitted for trading on NCDEX platform and also on the online Spot Exchange platform as and when made available by the NCDEX Spot Exchange Limited, a subsidiary of NCDEX.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Prakash Nahta, President, Bikaner Oil Mills Association said," We are happy to work with NCDEX and the implementation of the MOU will be mutually beneficial."

," These two alliances are of strategic importance for NCDEX as Bikaner Oil Mills Association and Shri Bikaner Kachchi Aadat Vyapar Sangh are premier associations. Both our Spot and Futures Market will benefit from this partnership especially in RM Seed, Groundnut, Guar Seed, and Guar Gum."

After signing the MOU, Mr.Ridhkaran Sethiya, President, Shri Bikaner Kachchi Aadat Vyapar Sangh said,"We are proud to be associated with NCDEX and are sure that our members will be able to leverage this relationship."

Bikaner is a premier Association of oil millers for dealing in the Commodities at Bikaner and are traders in the Physical/ Spot market of Commodity. Shri Bikaner Kachchi Aadat Vyapar Sangh, Bikaner is a premier association of traders and commission agents who have license from the concerned APMC for dealing in the commodities at Bikaner and are traders in the Physical/Spot market of Commodity.
